Project manager

Scope of duties

• Performance of tasks assigned in line with the Quality Management System established
• Direct contact with Clients, servicing offer development and order fulfilment supervision
• Participation in design and installation operations, as well as implementation plan development
• Developing offerings in line with Clients’ requests for quotation
• Contract implementation / order fulfilment management, contract / order organisational documentation development, participation in contract negotiations
• Managing necessary contacts, arrangements and negotiations with Clients within a scope defined by the Director / Manager
• Contract budget implementation in line with applicable assumptions

Additional skills appreciated

• Willingness to participate in frequent business trips abroad
• Secondary or higher technical education – preferred specialisation: mechanical engineering, machine building or related fields
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Computer skills (MS OFFICE, AUTO CAD)
• Command of English, or/and German facilitating fluent communication
• Technical drawing reading skills
• Teamworking skills
• Category B driving licence
• Experience in working in a similar position
