For Industry Engineering participates in the construction of the Shotton Mill factory

The construction of Shotton Mill is one of the most important investments in the European paper industry, focusing on modern technologies, high efficiency and sustainable development. The project involves the construction of a new, technologically advanced paper mill, as well as comprehensive accompanying infrastructure, including warehouses, technical buildings (CHP, water and wastewater treatment plants) and auxiliary infrastructure.

The Shotton Mill plant has been designed to produce 750,000 tonnes of containerboard packaging paper per year, as well as 67,000 tonnes of tissue paper per year, with the possibility of further increasing production capacity. The investment is fully in line with the principles of the circular economy – production is based 100% on recycled materials, and the energy used in the technological processes comes from biomass.
For Industry Engineering is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of process piping installations in the Shotton Paper Mill project. The scope of work includes installations made of stainless steel, carbon steel, as well as small diameter pipelines – crucial for the proper functioning of the plant’s technological processes.

Our work covers all stages of implementation – from pipeline assembly, through welded and flanged connections, to testing the installations in accordance with strict requirements and design specifications. We are responsible for the full coordination and quality of process installations, ensuring their reliability, safety and compliance with international industrial standards.
Our participation in the construction of Shotton Mill confirms For Industry Engineering’s competence in carrying out complex, large-scale industrial projects with high technological requirements.
